SORS is a B2B pricing technology company building SORS IQ for logistics and freight. The goal was to establish a credible LinkedIn presence and create a repeatable post system that could communicate a niche, technical product clearly during early brand formation.

The product required education to be understood, but there wasn’t a consistent public pitch to start from. Social needed to launch quickly while messaging stayed flexible as positioning evolved. The challenge was translating complex pricing logic into scannable content without oversimplifying the value.

The product required education to be understood, but there wasn’t a consistent public pitch to start from. Social needed to launch quickly while messaging stayed flexible as positioning evolved. The challenge was translating complex pricing logic into scannable content without oversimplifying the value.

Post strategy - With no existing LinkedIn presence, I led with a broad category problem (static pricing fails) to establish relevance, then followed with a simple educational model (profit curve) to make the value legible before introducing heavier product positioning.

A lightweight content structure was defined first so the visuals weren’t standalone one-offs. Awareness and education posts were paired with a modular LinkedIn layout system (profile, banner, and post templates) to keep hierarchy consistent in-feed. Copy was written per graphic using a repeatable pattern (hook, insight, implication, takeaway) so the story stayed coherent as the brand matured. Web and dashboard concept explorations were also created to show a clearer way to present the product narrative when a polished site experience and product UI were not available to reference.
